Nebraska Girl Scouts troop holds Christmas toy drive

Halloween just ended and the calendar flipped to Christmas at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Valley.

Brownie Troop 48853 accepted financial and toy donations for Operation Christmas Child.

They send toys to children in need across the globe, all packed in shoeboxes.

Kids and adults both say the donation drive was a success.

The troop said they're excited to do it all over again next year.
