I might still be picking up Halloween candy wrappers in my house, but when Oprah releases the annual list of her Favorite Things, you know the holiday shopping season has arrived. For 2024, the list includes items that will make great gifts for every member of the family. But before I can start thinking about what I’m getting my husband or our extended family members, I’m focused on our kids.
She’s got kids of all ages and stages covered, and you can shop every single one of Oprah’s Favorite Things straight from Amazon. The list includes these adorable $13 bath toys that double as exfoliating scrubbers, a large plush doll that looks ready for snuggling, a bookish take on the classic Scrabble board game, and matching pajamas for the entire family.

Few things bring me as much joy as matching pajamas during the holidays. As long as my boys, who are currently 3 and 6, will let me get away with matching outfits, I’m going to dress them up together. These super soft sets from Honest Baby come in 39 different themed prints and are available in newborn to adult sizes (as well as versions for your pets).

Now that my 6-year-old is starting to read, we’re introducing him to one of my family’s favorite pastimes, Scrabble. While he might not be ready for my parents’ ultra-competitive play, this vintage bookshelf edition will help him work on his sight words and spelling. And it will look great on our shelves when it’s not game night.

Hooded towels are always a good idea, whether you’re drying off in the bathroom, the beach, or pool. These Jade&Kai towels make a poncho shape with snaps on the side, and they’re made from a cotton waffle material that’s as soft as it is absorbent. They’re available in 12 colors and in sizes that fit newborns to 10-year-olds.

When my babies were really little, I loved it when they would cuddle up next to stuffed animals that were their size or even bigger. This 26-inch long, 20-inch wide stuffed animal fits the bill and will be a favorite long after your little one has “outgrown” it.

This inflatable snowmobile (otherwise known as a sled) is for the kids looking forward to the first snow of the season. It can fit two people and comes in nine different designs—including a Barbie pink style. Shoppers say it also doubles as a pool float.

My almost-3-year-old niece has sass and style for days, and I’m eyeing this gift for her. This DIY sunglass kit comes with gem stickers that will let her design the sunglasses to her heart’s content. Little feet and toes are one of the cutest things about babies—you can’t convince me otherwise. This set of sticky socks (suitable for ages 6 months to 2 years) will keep their little tootsies warm (and help provide traction for older babies who may be standing, cruising, or even taking their first steps). These six-packs come in 12 different color combinations, which means the outfit matching potential is practically limitless.
